2026 GTC Dev Challenge: Win an RTX 5090 offered by NVIDIA

Cognitivo had the privilege of co-hosting with UNSW the Fintech AI Innovation Consortium's (FAIC) inaugural AI Short course for Banking and Financial Services Industry Leaders at UNSW's CBD campus last week.
The half-day program brought together leaders across banking, financial services, superannuation, and insurance to explore:

3. Novel risks associated with AI Sharif Abuadbba, PhD
4. Enterprise perspectives on AI adoption David Walker
5. Business operating models required to scale and monetise AI and skills Alan Hsiao
6. Rebuilding traditional software with Vibe coding Stephy GeorgeIan ChenAadhar Bhardwaj.
The team showed how to build a live transaction categorisation / expense management tool as well as a stock price research tool in minutes.
We are so lucky to be able to get such a senior group of experienced and knowledgeable digital technology, AI and risk professionals in a room to share so much information shared hold many insightful conversations.
